Philanthropy
The Ability Experience (formerly Push America) was founded in 1977 by Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity with the purpose of instilling lifelong service in its members and enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities. There is no other organization in the Greek world as committed to a single charity as Pi Kappa Phi. Pi Kappa Phi is still the only Greek organization to organize and maintain its own national philanthropy.

Here are some of the ways our chapter traditionally raises money and awareness for The Ability Experience each year:
- Fajita Fiesta for Push America: an annual awareness and fundraising dinner organized and operated by our own members.
- Camp Brim Shire: a local camp serving children with disabilities at which our members volunteer their time.
- Toll Roads: raising awareness and gathering donations through street fundraising.
